Xy Za Hosmillo, FNP

Xyza Hosmillo, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Tacoma Urgent Care and Wellness Center in Tacoma, Washington. She has nearly two decades of nursing experience, including many years caring for patients in critical care and neuro-trauma. Her clinical experience has taught her the importance of listening carefully, recognizing subtle changes in a patient’s condition, and providing thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Xyza is passionate about making every patient feel heard, respected, and comfortable. She believes that good healthcare starts with taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns and working together to develop a treatment plan that fits their individual needs.

Outside of work, Xyza is a wife and proud mother of two. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family and, most of all, spending quality time together. Her family keeps her grounded and reminds her of the importance of treating every patient with the same compassion and care she would want for her own loved ones.
